Ingredients
2 C. Authentic Greek Fage Total Yogurt
10 Dried apricots (finely chopped)
2-3 Garlic cloves (minced)
Salt to taste

Preparation
Combine yogurt, apricots and garlic in small bowl
• Set aside and let rest for a few hours
• Strain, if necessary, and serve
