Ingredients
9oz FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt
10 green peppers (long and thin)
5oz chopped bacon
7oz FETA FAGE cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp water
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tbsp olive oil
4 oz grated Kaseri cheese (Semi-hard cheese)
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Wash the peppers, cut off the tops and remove the seeds. Brush them with a little of the oil and bake them in a hot oven for approximately 15 minutes, turning them ever so often with a fork.
Fry the bacon in a non-stick frying pan. Remove from the heat and mix it with the FETA FAGE, the Kasseri and a tablespoon of FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt.

Beat together the remaining yogurt with the water, the remaining oil, the garlic and the salt and pepper.

Carefully stuff the peppers with the bacon mixture using a teaspoon, and place them in an ovenproof dish that has been lightly greased with butter. Pour over the yogurt sauce and bake at 3500F for
20 minutes.
