Ingredients
2.2 lb lamb, divided into six pieces
12 artichokes, well-trimmed
1 finely chopped onion
4 tbsp olive oil
18oz FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt
4 eggs
Oregano
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Place the lamb in an ovenproof dish, toss it in the oil, season it and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in an oven for about 45 minutes.
Add the artichokes to the dish. Beat the eggs and the FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt together in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the lamb and artichokes and bake for another 45 minutes.

The lamb and the yogurt go together perfectly, and with the sweet taste of the artichokes this is a truly mouth-watering dish.
