Ingredients
8 big mushrooms , washed
300g FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt
3 tbsp roughly – cut sun-drying tomatoes
2 tbsp mince basil & keep some leaves to garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
Salt & pepper


Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 4000F. Oil the mushrooms and bake them with their stipes on top for 10 –15 minutes.
2. In a deep bowl mix the yogurt with sun-drying tomatoes, basil,
salt and pepper.
3. Share the mixture upon mushrooms and replace them in oven
for about 3–5 minutes.
4. Garnish each mushroom with basil leaves and serve with roquet
salad, olive oil and vinegar.
