Ingredients:
- 1 Cup FAGE Total 0%
- 1 Pinch unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Smidgen espresso powder, or to taste
- 3 Tablespoon Splenda no-calorie sweetener, or more, to taste
Preparation Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine until thick.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness to suit your taste.
- Spoon the mixture into a parfait glass, cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
- If you have the calories to spare, garnish with no-cal whipped topping and/or a bit of shaved dark chocolate or crumbled plain chocolate wafer cookies (28 calories per wafer cookie.) But this parfait is sinfully delicious just on its own. Thank you, Fage!
