Ingredients:

  • 3 oz FAGE Total 0%
  • 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (3) & blueberries (10)

Preparation Directions:

  1. Combine yogurt and blueberries
  2. Slice strawberries to desired thickness and add to mixture
  3. Add 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal (can use any variety including Go Lean Crunch with berries)
  4. Stir until cereal is coated evenly with yogurt

Additional Notes:

This is for an individual serving...great after a workout or busy afternoon. It is my new bowl of ice cream! High in protein and flavor... Enjoy substituting in the fruits you love most, raspberries, etc!
