Ingredients:
- 1 cup FAGE Total Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Cointreau
- 1 cup ready-made espresso
- 7 tbsp sugar
- Chocolate sponge cake – 3 layers per ramekin
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Preparation Directions:
- Combine FAGE Total Greek Yogurt, whipped cream, Cointreau and sugar.
- Put one layer of sponge cake in ramekin, and soak with espresso.
- Put yogurt mixture in to fill by one-third, and layer up twice more. Chill for 1 hour to set.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Serve with chocolate chip cookies.
Additional Notes:
Chef's Tip | You can use instant coffee as an alternative to espresso, and a store-bought sponge cake is perfect to use for this dish, simply cut to fit to your ramekins.
