Ingredients:

  • 3 Ounce FAGE Total 0%
  • 1 Small Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Creamy all natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Hershey's syrup

Preparation Directions:

  1. Measure out 3 oz of Fage Total 0% about 1/3 cup. Put in a small food processor or emersion blender attachemnt.
  2. Measure out 1 Tablespoon of Peanut butter, add to yogurt.
  3. Put one sliced frozen banana in the blender. (When I buy banana's I slice and freeze each banana in it's own bag for easy access)
  4. Puree all ingredients until smooth
  5. Measure 1 tablespoon of Hershey's syrup and drizzle on top.

Additional Notes:

This dessert has helped me curb my ice cream and sweet craving, while adding some much needed nutrition to my diet!
